My Father Gave GPA Cum Sale to one Person on 2008, in that they mention some amount ie 420000 and he they mentioned that 419000 received, and they kept 1000 rs Balance. and the Agent Himself Executed Sale deed on his name in 2015, in EC it was showing that Sale Deed Executed based on 2008 Document, and my father Expired in 2021,
