RTI from police to obtain copy of false/ dismissed complaint about me

A relative maliciously filed a false complaint against me. Police carried out preliminary investigation, a little too thoroughly that it felt they had been given incentive (they checked my home without notice and even took statements from neighbours on the spot, but everything was in my favour). I had nothing to hide but sure what they did was not by protocol. The complaint was not registered.nnSaid relative is continuing to harm me. How can I get copy of this aforementioned complaint under RTI?
