Rights of minor in section 49 up consolidation act

I just lost the case of agricultural land dispute in allahabad highcourt due to clause of bar of section 49,up consolidation act.
Due to this bar,my all judgements in 03 lower courts got null and void.
I have read on internet and found that this bar of section 49 doesn't apply on minors.As I was minor during chakbandi proceedings and I had approached the court when I was 20 years old.Can someone help me in giving rylings and advice in my favour .
you can move an special appeal against the judgment explaining your contention ,and explaining the delay if any while challenging the judgment , supporting with judgment or case law and if the court is convinced you are likely to get a favorable order
