Right on my Private power pole

I have a private power pole on my property. My Neighbor want to use it and i dont want this. Is it possible to prevent them legally.

pole install ed the property is concerned authorities, only u raise objection when it is going or passing through your personal property, u may use the line covered cable so the line may not be used by others, connection pole it cannot be prevented
