Return of Transfer certificate

I have joined jntu vizianagaram, during 2nd councelling of apicet 2025 on 22-09-2025. After that they didn't intimate about classes later I visited jntu vizianagaram and joined hostel and attended classes for 11 days ..... Now I want drop from college due to personal reasons so I requested to return my transfer certificate but they asked me to pay Rs.5200 as special fee to get Tc . I have questioned them why I need to pay Fee for the sem i didn't wrote and I didn't even attempted classes properl

Yes you can get your documents from the university without paying a single rupee for which we have issue legal notice to them if they did not reply for which I will accompany with you to the university. If you want I’ll assist you in this case
