if you are agrieved by the action of the restorant owner. You may complaint him regarding his acts. The other option is to send a legal notice for making proper arrangement. If despite legal notice if he continues, you can file a suit for permanent injunction.

You can very well take a legal action. you also have to check up wheather the building is Residential only or Commercial activities are also allowed ? Please show papers of your purchase of your house to suggest you to proceed further.
