Residential building constructed with deviation

Dear Sir, I am living in a suburb of Chennai, where I have bought a land of 1200 Sqft. I have got approval for construction from local panchayat and started the construction. As per the rules they gave approval only for 600 sqft out of 1200 sqft. Approval has set back on 3 sides and no setback on North side. We deviated from the approved plan, and provided the setback but not as per the plan. Now the land owner on the North side given a complaint to CMDA on two things 1) Violation of approval plan 2) Enforcement on his area . The person who given the complaint is behaving very rudely and he is not ready to come for any kind of discussion. Without discussion he went and complained. What shall we do next?

In this case, I would like to know have you constricted 600 Sqft or Constricted more than that and further complaint before CMDA purely civil natural but he acting as rudely or misbehaviour means to make a complaint before the police. I have a vast practice in that area you can seek my assistance in your matter.
