Request for Legal Options to Complete Degree Remotely

My daughter is in her final year at an Indian college but is in Singapore for ongoing lung treatment and can't return due to medical/legal restrictions. The college has not confirmed support. Is there any legal way to request the college to allow her to complete her degree remotely (e.g., online exams/classes) under Indian education or constitutional laws?

there is no possible t of exam according to the universities in India buy online it's taking permission but there is a possibility of requesting to Grand special permission for conducting exam Har recovery this can be possible but online exam is not possible
