Removed from service. Armed Force, RPF. Removed in Mumbai. Working as a Maid in Allahabad. Can I file case in Allahabad High court?
Well, if the RPF Constable stationed in Mumbai, has been wrongly and illegally terminated, then, that RPF Constable has to file a case in Mumbai, not in Allahabad either to get his job back or to seek monetary compensation.
