Relationship with Indian citizen while he still not got divorced

I am Russian citizen live with Indian citizen without registration, he was married and has two kids, he doesn't live with his wife several years, and their case in court, he can't get divorced. Have I or he broken any law here?
Dear Russian citizen, You have not broken any law. Any one or any lady can live with any unmarried or married person in India. Your relation with him though un-ethical shall help him get the divorce in lesser time.

As per the Indian Penal Code, he has committed the offence of adultery. Women are not yet punishable for adulterly yet.
Secondly, the fact that he is lives away from his wife does not permit him to consummate another relationship.
You need to get the decree soon and then you may stay with him. However, what is pertinent to note that if his wife has filed for restitution of conjugal rights and if she finds out that you both are in a relationship, it makes your divorce case difficult.
