Related to Child Caste certificate Parents belongs to different catgry

Father belongs to ST and mother belongs to OBC then which castee certificate would be valid for child. Child has an OBC certificate but he wants his father's caste as his identity . What are the Solutions ?..……. .

In India and as per the law of land father is the head of the family in whose name the cast is stigmatize, so fie the sake of generate the caste certificate, you can do it from the head of the father not from the side of the mother
