Regularisation of government service - Fake experience certificate -

One person got regularised by claiming fake experience certificates to government in the year 2001.Want to complain on him now. Is it possible? Will court accept the case?

yes but we need to establish that experience certificate is fake can you do that you need to specify the source of the certificate and place where it has come and we can approach police as well as departmental proceedings
