Regarding the pending case of my plot
24-Aug-2023 (In Civil Law)
I own a small plot. But there is a man who filed a case sating that this is his plot even if police and SDM declared that he can't do such things. Even he is not agree to settle the case. My father is so much tensed since last 8 or 9 years. And he doesn't have any place for his shop . That lot was for this purpose only. What can we do. You very well know how long time does the court system of India takes to judge a case!
How can we solve this problem

SDM is entitled to look into this. Yes, court cases does take time but you can file a stay application against the alleged person and enjoy the property as a titled property without any issue.
