Regarding the court orders of involving name of Owner as D2
18-Feb-2023 (In Civil Law)
Actually I am the owner of the building and I have given GPA to my relative to enjoy the property and rents till I cancel it and it was written on mutual understanding in a bond non-judicial stamp paper and not registered through the proceedings of the court on GPA holder as D1 , petition of Plaint that name of the owner should also be included and order were passed to include me as D2
While I (owner , D2) was not at all involved in that picturised story by plaint nor D1 was involved
My query is
1. How to counter the Judge order on adding me (owner) as D2?
2. Is there any provision to file direct suit at high court denying orders.
3. the date mentioned by him in his picturised story is 12/05/17 and time around 3:00 Pm , I was working that time in my office at other state and I have attendence proof how to proceed to get my name out
we can file writ petition in the High Court as you are the owner of the property proceedings in district court define opportunity given to me I will file writ petition in High Court you should have all the documents pertaining today file filing in High Court original documents required and order copy of the district court original must be High Court
