Regarding OBC NCL Eligibilty criteria for person below 8 lakhs

05-Sep-2024 (In Civil Law)
For getting eligibilty in OBC NCL quota you need to have your income below 8 lakhs for the preceding 3 years. Some my concern is if for one of the year my parents income exceeds * lakhs then in that case will i be eligible for OBC NCL or not? As the rule of exclusion says that "person having gross annual income of Rs 8 lakh for a period of 3 consecutive years" does that mean that if for any of the year the income is below 8 lakhs then you are eligible for OBC NCL?
