REGARDING OBC NCL CRITERIA , FATHER'S PROPERTY ISSUE

My father, a businessman, earns 6 lakh annually, and my mother, a government primary teacher, earns 8 lakh annually. Will I come under the OBC-Non Creamy Layer for central govt jobs (I am on central OBC list)?
My father has around 40 lakh INR worth of non-agricultural land in his name with movable properties like car and flats.
To be eligible for the OBC non creamy layer, one has to have an annual income of his/her parents Rs 8lakh or under this. If your parents annual income is higher than the given number then you would be out of the criteria.
