You must make an Affidavit and you may attach stamp duty of rupees 10, 20, 50 any amount that is upto you. There is no provision of minimum stamp duty be paid to execute a legal agreement for maintenance. In case of any agreement containing any commercial agreement it must be of 150 rs stamp paper.

Dear Client, You query lacks information to respond suitably. The Section 29 of the Indian Contract Act, 1872 says that where terms of an agreement is uncertain/indefinite or cannot be ascertained shall be considered as void being infructuous and unenforceable under law. So, here value of stamp paper is irrelevant where the terms and conditions of an agreement is crucial and matter of concern. Trust the query stands clarified.

In West Bengal, such agreements are commonly executed on: ₹10 stamp paper or ₹50 / ₹100 stamp paper for better evidentiary value. Practically, advocates often prefer: ₹100 non-judicial stamp paper for a financial support agreement, along with: signatures of both parties, two witnesses, date and place of execution.
