Regarding IGNOU University ,w.r.t. to marksheet as my degrees is delay

SIR,I WANT TO KNOW CAN I FILE CASE AGAINST IGNOU UNIVERSITY IN NEW DELHI. AS I GIVE PRACTICAL EXAM OF ONE PRACTICAL CHE-12 L BUT UNIVERSITY HAS NOT UPDATE MY MARKS, FOR THE SAME I HAVE ALSO FILE RTI , BUT NOT GET ANY REPLY AND I ALSO APPLY TO SECOND APPEAL TO CIC [ WHICH IS IN UNDER PROCESS] ,THATS WHY I WANT TO FILE CASE AGAINST IGNOU UNIVERSITY IN DELHI HIGH COURT. PLEASE TELL ME IS IT POSSIBLE TO WIN CASE AGAINST IT.AND HOW MUCH COST I WILL INCUR ,

Yes,I have assisted another IGNOU student. Go vide a Writ of Mandamus before the Hon’ble Delhi High Court. You have to explain the urgency and the delay of part of IGNOU. The cost associated may differ from time to time. Hopefully, you can reach a closure in the first two hearings itself. Otherwise the whole ‘writ’ may be infructuous. You need to move quick when it comes to Writ as delay would be seen against us.
