Can i receive international lottrry winnings to india?is it legally allowed undee fema?

FEMA rules applies. If the money received is more than $ 5000 or $ 10000 onwards you have to get declaration of such income source. No exemption granted for lottery winnings offcourse it has to pass through income tax process if it exceeds the limits.
