Regarding Dispute of asking graveyard land for his own purpose.

We have a land that belongs to my grandmother,we gave that land to our village for burrial,And recently my neighbour father has died and he put put his father to that graveyard,Now that person is asking that graveyard land for his own,because of his father burried in that land.my question is is that place is belongs to that person and he is asking that land for his own?

No, he can't claim right over the property. If you want that property to be in public use, write a gift deed in favour of the panchayat mentioning its purpose. The same will effect in the village records.
