Regarding character certificate

Sir if i lost my character certificate and lets suppose if school deny to make it where can we complain

you can complaint to concerned district education officer for reissue of character certificate and if problem not solved after complaint to DEO. you can approach to High Court under article 226 and file the civil writ petition to direct the school authority to reissue character certificate
