Regarding an issue where I entered into an forced agreement of the property

I am Hindu, my mother had an parental ancestoral property. My grandfather has 2 daughters of which my mother is the eldest one but my aunt( mother’s sister) had entered into an agreement of the land without consent of my mother after that they forced my mother to sign the agreement leaving with no other alternative. Now she doesn’t want to continue with the agreement because of the issues faced by them so, what are the options available for her.

you had to cancel the agreement through Court it is to only option son of opportunity given to me I will file suit for cancellation of CATA agreement and get relief I need copy Tusi this subject matter of the agreement so that is there any condition India agreement is mentioned or not
