Regarding about diffimation case

Hi sir Iam nagaraju Actually iam from telangana, we uploaded a one video in youtube channel about online course selling and online fake promises. Iam suffered from that course so i ask refund they also refund till this fine. After some days same type courses launched from same company.. I uploaded one video and explained about what iam suffered from that course i was explained regarding that course. Plz help me. I have some douts. Plz help from leagal advice. Thank you every one.

You have purchased a course, suffered and have shared the experience online through YouTube video and they refunded the money back but without enrolling into the new course or any concrete evidence , creating a YouTube video will back fire you. They may file a criminal defamation and also civil defamation against you. You should be approaching a lawyer as soon as possible and reveal everything in detail to defend you better.
