Reg Refund of Court Fees application

We had filed a SA in DRT against NBFC against their notice U/ 13(2) of SURFAESI Act and afterwards an out of court ( One Time Settlement) was entered nto and SA was withdrawn from the DRT. We had paid a Court fees of Rs. 62000 with our SA. Can this court fees refunde be claimed?

Hi,

Did your settlement took place under lok adalat or you amicably settled your dispute with bank? If so, you have to move an appropriate application before the Ld. PO before whom your case was pending. The said application after filing will be listed before the court and be decided upon.
