REG: Co owner issue in apartment

I live in chennai and I rented my flat in 2nd floor, the apartment has 6 floor. One of the owner she is staying in 1st floor give problem to my tenant. I spoke to the house owner but she never listen my words and shouting with bad words. What will I do help me.

make a police complaint or file a injunction suit first send legal notice through advocate then make a police complaint at local station get Csr copy and then file a case agaibst her and get order injunction then she wont distub your tenant
