Ref: Bank not sharing copy of notice received by cyber crime

18-Sep-2023 (In Civil Law)
Bank had freezed my current account on basis of notice received from cyber crime. I am requesting them a copy of the notice and but they are not giving me the notice instead the number of contact officer to call him and get the notice. I want to know are banks bounded by law to share the copy or not as it is show cause ? If yes how can i sue them for damages for not sharing full information and obstruction of justice.

It is the duty of the bank to provide the notice by which your account is freezed, you cannot to the Manager the bank and ask for notice. Then also refused to give you notice, ask through application, contact to higher official of main branch or complained redressal mechanism of that particular bank.
