RCR filed by wife dismissed, can Crpc 125 be rejected on this basis

my wife left home due to arguments and later filed RCR and DV with fake allegations. both cases were dismissed by judge as she never appeared in court for any hearing. now she has filed 498a and Crpc 125 for maintenance. Can dismissal of RCR be used as wilful desertion to reject maintenance application?
Also she is more educated than me and worked in the past; but I don't have any proofs if her current employment.
We are both Hindu and have no kids.
