Rajinama and record quashing in 506, 294, 34 ,323

27-Dec-2023 (In Civil Law)
In the IPC 506, 294, 34, and 323, what is the best way to do Rajinama, if the other party is ready? After compromising, how can we quash the records? TI was friend of other party and we have recording where he accept that he did biased work, can we use that recording against him.

If the case is in Madhya Pradesh, then you can easily compound the case (rajinama) with the permission of the Court. There is no such thing as quashing the records, records are kept and record of rajinama is also entered with the records.
