Query Regarding name change in Karnataka

Hello sir/madam
Actually I have one name till 5th standard that is tanush Kumar and my name got changed .to Duanushkumar in 5th std.....this name(dhanushkumar) is continued for rest....I have my sslc and pic certificate in the name of dhanushkumar...
Now I need a study certificate....in the name of dhanushkumar.....from 1 to 10th....
What she I do ??
Do I have to apply for name change??? How many days will it take??
Yes you can change name as per your wish. You must file a suit for declaration and make pu department and sslc education department as defendents and the suit will be decreed with in 6 to 8 months.
