My name is Shivaramu.M.R. i have purchased a land in bangalore 2006. But the name entered in that registered property documents Shivu.M.R. Will it be problem?
Hi you may please apply for rectification of the property documents which have been registered in wrong name. Once the rectification deed is ready you need to have the parties from whom you had purchased the property to re-register the document.
