Property boundery issue with neigbour

17-Sep-2025 (In Civil Law)
I have 30*40 site with ground floor is built on it since 2020 which is built by Builder, now i'm constructing 2 floors on it, neighbour from next house is not allowing to do plastering for the wall which is faced to his house, saying your boundaries are crossing my boundaries and first that need to be settled in the paper, actually issue is it's not boundaries its an plastering of one pillar which is into his place and no proper measurements are taken yet. This is really disturbing my peacefu.

sir you need to get an injunction from the civil court telling that you have full rights over the suit schedule property but your neighbours are interfering with the peaceful possession of the suit schedule property. injunction is the only remedy available to you to protect the peaceful possession of property!
