Proof of marriage other than marriage certificate

I got married a year ago. I am a govt bank employee in haryana, my husband is working in an MNC in Maharashtra. I want to apply for transfer but the bank controllers are asking for marriage proof for transfer on spouse ground. We both are hindus & Our marriage was according to the Hindu traditions/sath pheras.But our marriage was not registered. I need to apply for transfer immediately and my husband cannot come here for the marriage registration. Pl . guide me that what should i atach with my transfer application as marriage proof. Also can i get mrg certificate without my husband being here?
