Procedure of land division among brothers on the basis of punchnama

Is punchnama valid if there is no mention of khata no and rakba no of land. Also there is no signature of all the brothers

if punchnama is valid only if khata no and rakba no of land is mentioned along with the signatures of all the stake holders and witnesses if any are available during such process, otherwise it is not valid

even though signatures were obtained the partition shall not be recognized as it is a compulsory register able document under section 18 of the registration act, 1908 and please try to get it registered and make a valid document
