Procedure in case someone produces false evidences in civil court

How to proceed with a person who submits false documents of false pattadar passbook and title deed, false unregistered will of a person who died 30 years back to civil court now in 2017 claiming that it is his land though original land records including of revenue department show my name.
You have to file criminal case immediately before the local police station whether the offence took place against the persons who filed the forged and fabricated documents. regarding the regulation once the deposition and document produced before the court of law is false you need to be regulated under section 192 and 195 read with 340 ipc which governs the principles and mode of the punishing the person who falsely deposed and produced false documents so the punished procedure varies from case to case so be pleased advised by learned legal counsel
