Problem with the transfer of loan where originals are with the bank

Sir . I took lone from Aavas financial ltd . His private. But know I will transfer the lone in IDBI Bank but IDBI Bank manger ask sale deed are original or fake . I have all documents are original but they are in coustody of Aavas financial services. What are the options for it

If you hav taken lone from one bank and now same is transfer to another bank. Than you have to submit the original documents in bank in which lone transferred. As your tone transfer inform to first bank that documents required to translate same in another bank.

you have to approached the bank from which you have availed the loan i.e. Avas finance and asked for List of Documents available with the bank on the the banks letter head and submit it to the IDBI bank for availing loan from the IDBI Bank
