Private engineering college is not allowing to writing exam.

Sir/Mam, I am studying in private engineering college in second year and I paid my first year fees at a time but this year due to some reason I couldn't pay my total fees so principal not allowing me for writing this year exam there is any law for student for not stopping from writing exam?

You are required to approach the Bombay High Court by filing a writ petition against the said engineering college. You have fundamental rights to attain the exam. Kindly Contact for further information
