As per the Sexual Harassment of Women at Workplace (Prevention, Prohibition, and Redressal) Act, 2013, an Internal Complaints Committee (ICC) must initiate an inquiry within seven days of receiving a complaint and complete it within 90 days. Deputation of your brother likely falls under administrative discretion to prevent interference during the inquiry. No fixed timeline for deputation exists, but he can file a representation to his department or approach the appropriate administrative tribunal if procedural delays persist.

Well, if your Brother has already been deputed to other office and you and your Brother have issues with such decision, then, such decision can be challenged in Court of Law by filing a Petition under the concerned provisions of law.
