I am enrolled in Delhi Bar Coucnil since August 2024 (I passed law school in 2024). I passed AIBE last month. I dont have COP right now. Can I file vakalt in other state, example Haryana without COP from BCI? given that I have provisional COP from Delhi Bar Council and also I passed AIBE.
No you cannot file vakalatnama in any other state. You are expected to appear and file only before your state of enrollment. Don't worry your COP would be coming soon. Thereafter you can file and appear all over India.
