Power of attorney Is notrized not registerd. so should I buy flat

I want to buy flat on loan from partnership firm which has eight partner. they collectively made power of attorney and assign one partner for sale deed execution. but it is notrized not registered. nationalised bank not giving me loan but finance company LICHFL already sanction loan in this building. so should I buy flat ??
