Power of Attoney - signatures that are required

19-Sep-2023 (In Civil Law)
For creating a PoA document, is it required to have the signatures of BOTH the "Grantor" and the person who is being granted the power ?? Or is the Grantor's signature with 2 witnesses (duly notarised thereafter) sufficient ?? I have a very specific requirement. I need to appoint a "Legal Guardian" for my minor daughter and give him the PoA to apply for her Indian passport. That is the only scope of the PoA. Is it enough if I were to sign the PoA and notarize it ?? Please advise.
