Pollution issue from near by Dump yard

Hello Sir/ Madam, Near my house about less than 1 kilometre there is a Dump yard, it keeps on burning and the smoke from that dump yard reaching our houses and near by areas. We are fearful about that hazardous gases from that smoke. What can we do about that issue, Thank you.

first you need to approach the sanitation department for your safety either ghmc and then we can move to high court before that you need to tell me whether it is residential locality meaning are there any house other than your house it will be easy task then
