POA for sale of residential property

04-Jul-2023 (In Civil Law)
My brother wants to sell his property in Pune by giving me a POA. However, he is an NRI staying in Europe and cannot come this year for the procedure. Is there any way to get this POA registered in the embassy in front of a consulate? If yes, what documents do I need to carry and can i create the whole POA in India but get the signing done in embassy?

you can register the Power Of Attorney at his embassy and ask him to send you back and after that refer that Power Of Attorney to the register and inform him that POA is registered in front of Embassy through this i have the right to sell the property
