Playing cricket in common area of society

23-Mar-2026 (In Civil Law)
Does an RWA or individual have the right to occupy common space for parking while blocking my right to play cricket (4–6 PM) with a tennis ball? Given the Secretary’s implied consent to 'play carefully' and our yielding for pedestrians, can 1–2 residents legally obstruct us based on a past, settled damage incident involving a third party

Dear Client, A place earmarked as common space in a housing complex is usable by all the residents of the housing complex. Any objection or obstruction by any resident member may be brought to the notice of RWA first failing which matter may be escalated before the competent authority under state specific Apartment Ownership Act or Cooperative Societies Act and the District Administration for resolving the issue amicably through mediation for the shake of peaceful co-existence.
