Plaintiff Call Me For Mediation

Hi my land is situated in Telangana , plaintiff file a fake civil suit in the court with forgery documents with the help of local politician leaders , now local leaders calling me on call for mediation, or settlement what should I do ? I already lost amount because of fake civil suit , they approach to my lawyers for settlement but my lawyers not for settlement, my lawyer advice me to fight in the court , they also tried to calling me for mediation . Please help me how to deal
If case is filed based upon forged documents and you have some sort of proofs to substantiate your claim then you should first file a criminal complaint against your opponent for forgery and cheating. You may also file a private criminal case before the magistrate.
