Can I take photo or video of teacher attendance register.i am working in goverment primary school.headmaster of school behave like enemy with me.so I want to photo or video of school attendance register so that he can not manipulate in register.
Shouldn’t be a problem. It’s not a confidential document. You may click its photographs for tallying any fudging that’s later done in this register. Having said that, you won’t be able to prove the authenticity of these photographs in the court, at any time this dispute travels to court
