Personal loan related doubts and issues

I took online personal loan using adhaar card and pan card...I repaying half amount but now I can't repay amount due some financial issues... Any legal issues.... Please help

The financial institution can very well file suit against you under payments and settlement act they can realise the money by issuing a arrest warrant in execution petitions after the successful litigations
