Hi
You should file a criminal complaint under cheating (420 IPC) and breach of trust (Sec405 of IPC) with the nearest police station and have the telemarketing company officials arrested and prosecuted under law.
it is a clear case of cheating and you should file a criminal complaint in the nearest police station.

Dear Client,
You must get issued a legal notice either for returning money or for providing orders on daily basis. What are the terms and conditions if they fail to provide orders. If the opposite party fails to provide orders the opposite party must return the deposit or not. For which we must see the terms and conditions of agreement. If the agreement is a registered one or not. You must file a civil suit for the recovery of money in a court of lay by engaging an advocate.
