Now that you seem to have all the required facts and documents to support the same, as the first step, you can send a petition to all the concerned authorities. After giving the authorities around a month' s time to act, you can approach the High Court and file a writ petition depending on the scenario.

In 1970, your grandmothers gifted 1 acre of land to the government, which included a pathway you used until 2000. After the government built a wall and restricted access, you fought and secured a small gate, which is insufficient. Now, you're requesting 3,000 sqft as a proper pathway, and you’ve obtained government approval and agreement for this. However, an objection has come from your relative, whose family originally held the first portion. Since the land is now government-owned and they’ve agreed to allocate part of it back to you for access, your relative has no legal right to object unless he proves ownership or direct interest in that specific portion. You may approach the District Collector or file a civil suit for easement of necessity if access is being unreasonably blocked despite the government’s consent.
