Passport show cause notice after receiving passport

I had applied for my minor sons passport and alresdy got passport but address which I gave was my permanent address which went in redevelopement and I'm staying in very next building in flat which is also in my name. Unfortunately for minor got police verification, the police knows me and where I stay I met him also but he gave adverse report stating building in redevelopemy and not found there.I got show cause notice after 2 months asking to explain the same. If you can please help.me
