Passport mother's name correction

Have already checked the passport seva doc advisor.But my mother's name in all my docs like Passport,Birth certificate & Marks cards is different than her name in her all government issued Id's.She has never changed her name. Just that all in my Id's is one name and in her documents is one.How do I prove that it's the same person?&then Now I want to get her name corrected in my Passport same as in her Government issued Id's like her Passport.Wat docs shd I submit when I go for passport renewal
